Day 4 of the Ultimate Reset

Day 4 of The Ultimate Reset.
Breakfast was yogurt with fresh fruit.  Yummy!!!!
Lunch was Nori Rolls & Lentil-Lime Salad.
Dinner is Stir-Fried Veggies, Cucumber & Tomato Salad & 3/4c quinoa, with 1 svg of Nori Gomasio.  I am curious about the Nori Gomasio.  I've made up the Cucumber & Tomato Salad and have it chilling in the fridge.  I also have already made the quinoa.  All I have to do is put it on the plate.
Today I seem to have a little more energy.  Not much tho.  Not to be gross or anything, but my bowel movements have been odd and green.  I suppose that's from the green drink, salads, and seaweed.  LOL.

I'm working on the water.  I just do not like the "taste" or lack of, of distilled water.  I miss my Aquafina.  Never had a problem drinking that down.

The green stuff (Alkaline) really doesn't bother me.  Not wonderful, but not gagging either.

I'll be back with an update on dinner.  Until then......stay strong.

Day 1 of the Ultimate Reset


7:30 a.m. I woke up tired, as usual.  I've only had the optimize and water, so far this morning.  Not sure how I'm gonna get the eggs down, but I'm sure gonna try.  Me and eggs, do not agree.  If it doesn't work, I'll just double up on the oatmeal & blueberries breakfast.

So far, the headache that has plagued me the last two days, seems to have left.  Sure would be nice to not have to contend with it.  I'm not a coffee drinker so I do not anticipate any caffeine withdrawal problems.  The distilled water doesn't "taste" like Aquafina, so that's going down a little slower than usual.  I had no problem with the optimize, I opened the capsules and poured them into about 4 oz of water.  They didn't taste too bad.

So far, so good....

1:00 p.m.  I'm not going to be able to eat lunch.  It sounds great; it's miso soup and a microgreen salad loaded with veggies.  The problem is that I have problems eating eggs and I knew better than to even try to eat them for breakfast.  I won't make that mistake again.  I'll exchange one of the other breakfasts this week, when this one with eggs comes up.  I don't need another painful experience.

And so we continue....

10:00 p.m.  The headache is back.  :(  The salmon was good.
Tomorrow begins another day and we'll continue then.
