The New Day 14

Fruit for breakfast, YAY!


Lunch is another salad with almonds and greek dressing.  Just like yesterday's salad.  Skipped soup.

Dinner was Edamame (YUM!!) and Corn succotash.  I chose to bake the kale, that is one  yummy snack.  Hard to limit how much you eat of roasted kale!  A healthy alternative to potato chips and addictive!!!!!
