Day 11

I really am enjoying the fruit for breakfast.  I've always loved fruit.

I wish I could eat more avocado.  I did up it to 1/2 an avocado.  Lunch also included Quinoa-Lentil Salad, and Cucumber-Tomato Salad.  Not bad at all!  :)

Dinner was Miso soup again.  I find that I need to doctor that up with either red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.  I love my spicy food :).  I skipped the swiss chard.  Went for spinach instead.
