Day 15, now Day 13

Breakfast is spinach and mashed chick peas.  
I am not crazy about the Nori Gomasio, so I just leave it off.  

Lunch was a Good sized salad with sliced almonds.  Went with the greek dressing, romaine lettuce.

Dinner Squash and spinach.  

I'm a weird one.  I enjoy spinach, squash and chick peas.  My middle daughter likes chick peas too.  Youngest daughter likes spinach.

Back still hurting, so I'm not back on Tai Cheng yet.
