I'm feeling better today. I have more energy. Been spending a lot of time in the bathroom, so I assume that part of this has begun....if not, oh boy am I going to have an interesting 2nd week. :)
I switched out today's breakfast for yesterdays. I had the yogurt with the fruit. I skipped the sweetener. Lunch is going to be the Lentil-Lime salad and Quinoa salad, a combination of yesterday's and today's lunches. Getting ready to eat that as soon as I am done posting.
Dinner says the stir-fry veggies again, with brown rice and Nori Gomasio. I'm not crazy about that Nori Gomasio...but oh well, I'll do what I have to. I thought, really thought I would like it.
