Day 2 of The Ultimate Reset

7:00 a.m. - After drinking my water with my optimize, breakfast was good this morning.  I learned my lesson yesterday with the eggs.  I think I'm going to stick with the oatmeal & yogurt for breakfast this week.  The menu plan called for adding maple syrup with the plain yogurt, and blueberries for the oatmeal.  I switched it up and put the maple syrup with the oatmeal and the blueberries in the yogurt.  Regardless of which way you go, I got the breakfast down, without having any difficulties I had yesterday.
11:00 a.m. - Drinking my water with my optimize capsules added in.  I have a problem taking pills, so I open them up and add them to the water.  These particular capsules do not taste too awful, they kind of taste like a weak lemon.  I have a little while to wait until lunch.  Lunch will be a Greek Salad with 3 oz of turkey breast.  I'm going to enjoy the pine nuts I get to add to the salad.  I sure wish I could add more of them to it.  So far, no headache.  Additional note:  The salad was DELICIOUS!!!!
