Day 9 of UR & Day 2 of Tai Cheng

Ok, I got my first set of supplements in on time.  Today I will be able to get in all the supplements.

I'm not as tired this morning, as I was yesterday. 
Breakfast is mashed chick peas.  Good thing I like chick peas.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do about the sweet potato soup. 
I may go look into a different lunch and switch out, or do a shake.
Don't have a sweet potato to use. 

Haven't done Tai Cheng yet, but will soon.
